So the indictment has issues right from the start in that there's a massive hurdle to get over regarding Presidential Immunity while in office. And that's without even considering the evidence which is also flawed because it wasn't Trump who did any of what's being alleged.

I don't expect this to fly as well as the D's and TDS sufferers hope.
 
The four charges include

  • conspiracy to defraud the government

  • conspiracy against the right to vote

  • conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding

  • obstruction of an official proceeding.
 
Now we know why the traitor is so supportive of the White Movement...he will need protection in prison.

I think you're grievously mistaken. We'll see how this plays out.

C.C.4: a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters and who, with the Defendant, attempted to use the Justice Department to open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud.

C.C. 5: and attorney who assisted in devising and implementing a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceedings.

C.C.6: a political consultant who helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.

The administrative state against ‘ WE THE PEOPLE ‘ you people are living in bizarro world. Weaponizing the DOJ to eliminate the opposition is third world antics. Election interference on steroids. What happened to letting our democracy work and let the people determine who they wish to have lead them. I could write 5 pages on what’s wrong with this indictment but it’s not worth the effort, hating Trump is now a political platform. There are so many issues with this indictment I believe a motion to dismiss could win.
