I'm not sure what your gender has to do with your technical problem or why you're angry (remember that the smilies/emoticons can give your post its tone), but welcome. If you haven't done so already, please check out our FAQ sticky to find answers to all sorts of questions members usually have.
If you want to send a private message (PM) to someone who's posted, simply left-click on their username on their post, then select the 'Send so-and-so a private message' option. You can also click on a linked name to go to a profile, and send a PM from there, or go to your PMs (there's a link at the top right of each page AND in your User CP) and type the intended recipient's name into a new message.
There's some general PM etiquette in the FAQ sticky I linked to above; it may be a good idea to check that out before you start sending messages. If you're sending PMs in response to posts in Personals especially, you'll definitely want to make sure your messages stand out from the crowd in positive ways- women are often flooded with lousy PMs from overeager guys who are looking to get off.
