I have generally positive reactions to the feedback system, and it even seems to be working more or less instantaneously now (I sent myself a few test messages once a month or so and sometime in the last 1-2 months it actually started delivering email to me).
I did want to send two emails to the same person right in a row. I wanted to send her the URL to one of my own literotica stories, but I know from experience that if you include a link in what appears to be unsolicited email that it often winds up in the recipient's spam box, so I put it in the second one instead. I got a "you've been caught spamming our author" or some such (the message disappears too fast to read it) so I figured it was because I'd included a URL in the email. A second one where I put spaces in led me to believe that you just have a rule that says you can't send more than one message to an author via the feedback link from a story.
Can you please fix the message so it lasts longer than a few seconds? Also make clear that you're prohibiting second emails.
Please don't shut my account down because of the "Spam" -- it was an honest attempt to get around a GMail malfeature.
