I had a very nice lunch myself... sushi, a chilli beef wrap and fresh fruit salad... yum!


Oh dear... it's Friday night.. the weekend stretches before me with the promise of sunshine... I can almost taste the Ambre Solaire... God I hope I don't get another speeding ticket!!


And now, seeing as the one thing we Brits AREN'T good at making is cold beer, I am going to go and crack open a Bud

I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwiches and cakes, supper was even better; minted lamb chops with rice, mange tout and salad.mmmm
