You are overthinking this. Just say, "Honey, clean out the garage and I will blow you." The next day, say, "Honey, paint the window trim and I will blow you." The day after that, say, "Honey, change the oil in my car and I will blow you." Repeat when necessary. Everybody wins.

My wife and I will do that for certain things we really may not want to do, and not just every day tasks around the house.

I might say, "okay, I'll do it, but someday I will want a blowjob, and you won't want to give one, so I am calling the favor in."

It makes it fun, and gets the task done that neither one of us wants to do. But generally, we work really well together, and get a lot done as my wife is my best friend. Equally, there is not a lot of times when I ask for a blowjob and she does not want to give one either though.
