Having sex or masturbating will often help me get to sleep, I suppose because an orgasm releases tension and therefore relaxes you. It doesn't work every time though.

I've found as I've gotten older there are times when I'll wake up and be so aroused that I have to masturbate or there's simply no way I'm getting back to sleep...

Most of the time I take care of it myself at 3 a.m. Sometimes I'll grab my wife's hand and encourage her to help.
