New Check box for story submissions?

I noticed a new checkbox on all my story submissions called "Public Comments or feedback" or something similar. Where does this feedback come from or go to? Is this where it is refering to?
I have a new story ready to submit and was wondering about this first.

Never mind!

I found a good thread or two on the AH that explains it pretty well. Think I'll turn it on and try it.
