If you have started on this site and you want an editor who doesn't make you feel like a fool? Want an editor who can teach you in simple terms? Try Darkniciad

Eeep! Now where'd this come from? *laugh*

Thankye, just doing what I can for ye, and I appreciate the thanks :D

It helps a lot that you pick up on the corrections, and I don't have to keep after you for the same thing with each new story ;) I'm sure my editor would be happy if I could cut out a couple of mine *laugh*

( Keep posting on the board, by the way, and add a link to your submissions page to your sig. Drop me an email if you need a hand with that. It's a nice draw to your work, and you'll get a good deal of constructive thoughts in emails/commment from other authors around here when you catch their eye with a title or a tagline )

:D Guess your box'll be full, huh?

;) Great writer, doesn't surprise me in the least that Darkniciad would be a great editor too.

When I get chapter 2 of Now and Forever finished, you want to volunteer to edit it for me?

Great writer? Tell that to Roust when he's beating me over the head with one of my ever occurring pronoun goofs or trite phrases like "the fact" *laugh*

My plate is always overflowing ( mostly with my own scribbling and RL ) but drop me a line when you finish it and I'll see how badly I'm buried in things. Sometimes I just need a break from everything, and editing someone else's stuff is just the trick :)

I'm far from perfect, but I don't have a bad ear for story flow and "punch".
