My own personal fantasies are too bizarrely idiosyncratic to work well for pretty much anyone but me, but I know that there are often posts by people asking for authors to write stories about their ideas. In fact, you might try using the forum search function ("Search" on the upper menu bar) for key words like "idea" or "my story."
