I also had problems at the beginning, I help you as good as I can. The tool I use for the most photos is the" Jasp Paint Shop Pro 7", in the top bar you go on DATA and select the pics to work with. Then you go to PICTURE and SIZE, use the upper PIXEL option and enter the size you want to have( 800on600) and stay on SMART. Then press the OK, click on the X to close the picture and anwser the SAVE CHANGES with yes. When you are in the forum and do the reply, attach the pic and submit reply. Who doesnt have such a programm, Email me. I have a light version of it with just the mandatory options that is freeware, send me an email and I send the freeware version to you.
