Nerds?

I handed you the four house one figuring you'd wipe on Slytherin...oh well.

*removes dirty shirt and puts on Aquaman t-shirt instead* There...now who has a fish for me to talk to?

He swam like such a wimp.
Little toe flips.
IIRC.

His problem was always writing. It wasn't until Geoff Johns and to a lesser extent Peter David got a hold of him that he was really written well.

Aquaman from the Super Friends? Total joke.

Aquaman now? Major badass.

I will have to take an Adult Ed. class in badass Aquaman.
Clearly.

My brother had the Superfriends toys.

Seamn from the super best friends was better.

I'm really not, because Warner Brothers keeps showing time and time again they don't really want to make a good movie, just movies that make them loads of money.

I'm willing to give it a chance because DC hasn't had the time to build up a universe like Marvel has, so I cut them a little slack.

As far as big production companies go, their inability to see anything other than dollar signs is nothing new, I'm all about whether the source material is accurately portrayed in spite of them.

Also, regardless of how good or bad it ends up being, there's ( literally ) no possible way it could be worse than Batman & Robin... * shudders *

But they really aren't taking the time to build said universe BvS showed that.

How the hell did I miss this thread?!?

To be fair, it's only a couple days old.

In other news. My LEED Platinum building at work, which was smart, and doesn't have a/c in many of the offices. Because, who needs a/c in Southern California? So yeah, it's 85º, and I'm sweating my ___ off. I have very little incentive to work right now. Brain is melting. But hey, my office has a ceiling fan. So, isn't that swell?

Which is why I'm checking messages in Lit right now ;-)

*steps in to wave* Hey, fellow nerds...glad to have found my people. ;)

I've been a NERD forever. Fortunately nerds were highly favored when I was a student.
