Fall is the only comfortable time of year over here. Humidity is nasty.

Fall, the harbinger of Father Winter, arrives and all life knows that its time is over. Green dies, birds flee, and heat becomes scarce. Only the hope of Winter's passing keeps any shred of hope alive.

This cleric welcomes winter each year, and is thankful for the entire lack of airborne allergies.

but with winter comes more covering of skin...... but no pollen would be amazing now... so tired of taking allergy meds.

Already have that angle covered. Yes, there's more clothes, but as temperatures drop, women move towards the strongest heat source in their immediate vicinity. At 310 Kelvin, the human body is often the warmest thing in a given room.

Father Winter provides all the opportunity we need.

ohhh Cleric.. if you didn't have a gf... I would so want to fuck you.. just for the Kelvin line. Love it!

Interestingly enough, that is the second time today I've heard that.

I kinda like being off the market. Only real time the women folk seem to notice a man's sexibility. Have a whole theory brewing. Might publish.

now you know that isn't completely true.. I have noticed yours for YEARS.... we just dont live close enough...

Of course, and the feeling is mutual. As is so often the case, distance is a pain.

But, one or two exceptions does not invalidate a theory.
I have it trimmed down to either the inherent confidence that comes with getting regular action or natural female competition. Study is under way.

ummm... definite female competition... and you give off pheromones when you are getting laid regularly.. makes the opposite sex crazy.....

Hi Microbiol . . .longtime lurker here . . .I think its about being relax, I mean when you're not pressured to make something happen, you are typically more in the moment.

I know! [chuckle] but if you look at it the other way though, attraction is not heightened for a guy when the girl is currently involved. Initially its all about the her looks, then personality and so forth.

just saying . . .

I really think its competition...... females always want what others have.

Hi micro and sir

I was never so attractive to the opposite sex until I had a girlfriend. Then it was like a flood of come ons.

On a serious note, an old platonic girlfriend of mine said that it was about time. Men with a girlfriend/wife had passed the test of a particular girl and had been deemed worthy. So, especially of you know the girl and appreciate her taste, then you will judge her fellow as a good catch without having to go through the work of finding out. But then, if you've tempted him to stray that easily, how good can he be.....?

I don't know - I'm a simple male, but it sorta made sense when she said it.

Yep. I actually tried a sociochemical experiment once, and as weird as it may sound, it fucking WORKED.

Spent one whole day alternating jogging hard and then jerking off, then took a blood sample at the end of the day. Mixed that in with some cheapo cologne and went out to a club a few days later (hey, I was tired). I definitely garnered more female attention than I normally did, though the whole experiment is suspect, as there was no control or baseline, so take that as you will.

That's why I'm the freakin' high cleric around these parts.

colgne and blood...... mmm so you smell like man iron???

Hey hey :)

Busy with some calculus. Last algebra class was about 10 years ago. Think the holes in my brain are larger than the meat that remains. Been stressed with it, had an exam tonight. Deeeeep breath.

How's it for you?

If the holes are bigger than the gray matter, you'll just have to develop zero point neurons, I guess.

I'm living. Trying to deny string theory, but the evidence is rapidly becoming incontrovertible. CERN clocked a neutrino (or a quark, I don't remember) at superluminal speed, we think. I hate very small things that make us rethink physics from the ground up.

INCONCEIVABLE. Cool, hadn't heard about that. So much we don't understand. Find one brick and put it on the wall and realize there's a hole bigger than you just filled.

And then the LHC burns out on a chunk of baguette. Good times.

Ever watch any videos of the late great Dr. Feynman? Love that guy.

Clicky. Short and sweet. I can't wait until the LHC gets fired up. If people quit shitting themselves about oversimplifications without understanding the science behind it, we might see some real applicable projects. Hell, people might stop protesting Tokamak research.

Dr Feynman? Name doesn't ring a bell. I'll google him up when I get a chance.
Packing for a plane trip right now.

I'll be gone for the weekend, nerds, so I expect you to keep the place stocked with booze, and Law's sake, straighten up the dungeon. I also expect to be forwarded any other pictures Micro puts up here.

Good night.

Surely, you're joking.

What the heck?! That's like Nerd 101, knowing who Dr. Feyman is . . .

I'm bad with names, and not a classically trained physicist, nor a mathematics historian. So, pipe down, the both of you.

Ah. The joker on the Manhattan Project.
Okay, so I didn't remember his name, but I'm passingly familiar with his antics and contributions.

*looks around* ... ME? dirty pictures! I have no idea what you are talking about....... *grins* that was a once in a lifetime.
