I am SOOO jealous! Although... this Labor Day I am heading to Dragon Con and will get to see Patrick Stewart and Leonard Nimoy - if you're into Trek at all. I would SOOOO love to meet Bruce Campbell!

He (My He, the big blessed He, the He who has taken to brewing) has taken up mead making on top oh his other brewing projects and he was given a recipe for Lavender Mead. I got to taste it from the originator of the recipe's supply.

I just hope it comes out as good as the original. It's all voodoo to me.....
Never brewed anything aside from tea, so I would be clueless. I am sure it would either make someone go blind or explode, hopefully not both.

I have the pot, got one on clearance the only down side I found to it was the cost of the tea balls for it. But it was beautiful to watch and tasted wonderful.

I got the pot and 3 tea balls originally on clearance for 9 dollars, but the refills were 3 tea balls for 14 bucks.
Are they cheaper up there? I'd be excited to get them if so.
