Is Emma Watson still sporting that "Librarian I'd Love To Fuck" aura? Is Ron still a hapless goof? Is Snape still Snapey? If so, then I'm in.:D

Oh, Ice Age 3 was fun. If you are annoyed by Queen Latifa, she doesn't do as much in this one. If you are annoyed by Ray Romano freaking right the hell out, then I'm not sure how you made it past the first two movies. If you love the weird saber toothed squirrel guy, you should already have seen this movie. :D

It somehow found it's way into my house currently. -_-"

Throw rocks at it. I've found that marvelously effective.

Or catch it, and I'll put it into my Forced Breeding Pens.
It will live out the rest of its miserable existence giving birth to generations of successively more powerful monsters until it finally expires of despair.

Then it gets fed to the monsters it bore.

Then you'll like it. For the record I want to state that for just a movie it's a good watch, but if you were hoping for a lot of the detail from the book to hit the movie then it's the worst of the series so far for that aspect.

O_O You are so cruel!

Look at it- it's cute! C-U-T-E!

Okay. It's decided. I want this:

A nerd and geek friendly thread? Awesome! Does this mean that if I mention that I'm addicted to the new Ghostbusters game, the fact that I've memorized the oaths of three of the Lantern Corps, or the fact that I spent four years of my childhood reading everything I could about stars and planets won't get me laughed at?

The Starts and Planets thing might, but the rest is cool.

Welcome! And no, you won't be laughed at for any intellectual pursuit.

I've always enjoyed astronomy as well. Pretty incredible stuff. Ever see The Universe on the History channel?

I am not cruel. I am a breeder.
Comes with the job. The end results are worth it.

Ever see a water type with electric attacks? I make 'em.
Stats twice the normal at birth? I make 'em.

*pouts* I just want a Lu-Lu.

That isn't real, is it? It can't be!!The pictures lie!!!

*sneaks off to find his old pokeball.......:D

Welcome! We open arms to all geeky/nerdly people, and embrace them into our community. We will add you biological and technological distinctiveness to our own.

Oh wait..wrong cue card!

At any rate you and the other new comers should find a gift basket of fruits, Starbucks gift cards and collectible vinyl cast garage sets.

P.S. The cake is a lie.

I love that show! On a similar note, I can't wait until the New Horizons probe reaches Pluto so we can see what that world (planet, dwarf planet, plutoid, whatever) really looks like!

I'm curious as well, but I can't help but feel that we should be spending more time focusing on more important exploits. We still don't have a man on Mars, no realistic plans for FTL, and where the hell is my economically feasible tokamak reactor?

I'm very disappointed with you, humanity. I expected bigger things from you by now. Bloody dark ages set you back fething 800 years. Dammit.

You're among friends here. Welcome to the thread.

And the lantern thing is awesome. Which three? Since you're one up on me.

Green, Yellow (Sinestro) and Red. Those Red Lanterns are monstrous, too; vomiting up corrosive blood all over the place. They've revealed the oaths for Blue, Violet (the Star Sapphires) and Black, but not for Orange or Indigo. Hell, they haven't even shown the Indigo ones yet.

I never got the chance on Wednesday to pick up Blackest Night #1, but I hope to do that tomorrow, provided it didn't sell out. It promises to be one hell of a story!
