The ego's necessary so my outlook on life never gets too negative, despite a shitty job, a really messy break up, and just the usual mess life tends to leave lying about. The ego is the source of hope for improvement in the future.

I'm here, I'm here. Just being royally screwed over these past few days. Honestly.

So since May 1st, I had the bomb drop on me in a pretty shitty chain reaction.

1. CT is gone to British Columbia for 4 months ( for my American Nerd Friends who know not much of Canada, B.C is a province away est. 14 hour drive)

2. On the same day that CT leaves, my landlord calls me @ work to tell me that our lease on our townhouse is up!! (Basically our old room mate ** anyone remember GreenMachine??** anyway, he moved out to live with his girlfriend and since he was the 1st name on the lease, it voids it for the rest of us.. somehow. and because he called me AT WORK I couldn't explain that we have no credit for a credit check or that CT can't sign on this new lease form until he comes back in September!! Aiyee!! ** note, we have been given a leeway with this, so we can wait for CT to come back to sign it! yay!**

3. My ID got stolen a little while ago, and trying to get new ID without old ID is a BITCH!!!!

4. So I got a facebook message from a friend back on 3/31/09 telling me he needed a place to live because his mother was kicking him out!!! So out of the niceness of my heart, I said he can move in here providing if he was okay to have the room in the basement. So he says "sure" and tells me he's going to move in May 1st. So May 1st rolls around and he comes over to tell my current room mate that his mom forgot to pay him his 1st months rent to us, and that she'll drop it off tomorrow. So he leaves, only dropping off his PS2.

So on May 2nd, I get another facebook message from him saying that he thought when I said the room in the basement, I meant the WHOLE basement! So he decided to refuse the offer, saying that our basement is toxic and that we might have Radon poisioning!! ( WTF?!) So I tell him that that's pretty damn impossible considering that my cat's downstairs all the damn time, not to mention the times me, CT and Roomie #1 go down there to do laundry. I'd think we'd be pretty sick by now- which none of us aren't! So after I prove him wrong, he then tells me that he doesn't want Megatron's litterbox downstairs. So I tell him "no prob" and was willing to move it upstairs. Then he tells me there's no door to his room, I tell him to shut the door leading to the basement. Then it's back to Megatron again, complaining that my cat will eat his GI Joe figurines. ( I have FF figurines/ anime dolls all over the house and not ONCE has my cat ever touched them!). So he keeps complaining and complaining, and because I was stressed, I told CT and since they are friends, he calls him.

Well the dude goes BALLISTIC and says that I cannot be trusted blah blah blah. I explain my reasonings, and he assumes I'm suicidal ( I was emotional- upset!) and tells me that the only way he'll see me on (this) Monday to discuss him moving in or not is if I see a counciller. So I agree -_-" and then he decides last minute to bail on it, asking me if he can use Green Machine's furniture that's stored in the basement. I say "I don't see why you couldn't but you would need to call him" which I'm not sure if he will or not >.<" anyway; he's NOW saying he's going to move in Friday and have the money for us :/

and lastly, 5.

My work cut my hours AGAIN. So I'm down to 2 shifts-week. -_-" They claim it's "summer hours" but I find it hilarious that the two newbies we hired last week now have 4 shifts a week. Heh heh Heh. I'm not dumb >.<"




So yeah, with that going on in my life right now, plus trying to launch a web comic. I have been neglecting the Nerd Thread. I'm sorry v.v"

You are correct sir. From a Biological point of view, our brain has the exact same chemical response to Arousal, Fear, and Anger. The way we distinguish between them is our interpretation of the situation, but it means it's very easy to transition between them.

I wish it was that easy to just drop him. Believe me; if I could, I would. -_-" The reason why is because my current room mate is 17 and is under goverment care. I cannot afford to keep this place w/o CT's help, but like I said he's in B.C and currently has not gotten paid yet.
So my room mate gives me his $750.00 cheque and I pay $125.00 plus groceries for the both of us. Because my RM only gets $750.00-month, he has no money for the rest of the month!!That's why I want mr. idiot to move in. He gives me $350.00 in which, I give to my room mate.

It's either that, or find another PT job which I just might have to do. No, which I AM doing this Satuday. Life sucks balls -_-"
