Ok, I was shooting for the classic mob equipment, but if we want to go all fancy, I wouldn't use anything less than a particle projection weapon. Nothing says 'blown to hell and gone' like being hit by protons moving at half the speed of light.

lmao....if you've ever seen the 8Bit D&D special, they making fun of all the people that claim D&D is bad for kids. The Final Fantasy 1 characters are being used as guys playing a game in a basement...Red Mage is the GM, and everyone else has their characters picked. they are doing fine, until Thief starts arguing about spell components, and Black Mage suddenly goes "I cast Magic Missile" which is met with "there's no enemies" "I cast magic missile at the darkness"
