Oh, I could think of a couple reasons, at least

WOW... thats too many for me..
I have my tongue and ears (x2) and thats it..
nothing against you hun.. but too many piercings are a HUGE turn-off... and too many tattoos are a huge turn off too...

How many tattoos is too many? What if it's just one really large one?

myeh i think tattoos are cool, just wished they looked better/dunno, I never found skin a good showing board-shrug-

Also I prefer more simple ones, like a litlte symbol-ring aorund the wrist etc.

hmmm.... I guess I dont just like tattoos that if you are wearing a t-shirt you can see them.... just not cool with me... Guess i just think that its un-professional... but thats just me.

I don't have any tattoos (or piercings) at the moment.. but I intend to get a large tattoo on my back, right down my spine. Will cover 1/3rd of my back really..

I would agree to a point.. I think that sometimes its just a way to say "fuck off" to the conventions of the previous generations for the wanna-be rebels.. I think that people are getting tattoos all over when they are young and stupid and not thinking about what is giong to happen when they go for a job in the 'real world".. i know you said that your friend has tattoos and works at a bank but I don't think that is that common in the midwest... maybe on the coast more.. maybe its all about where you have them... location location location.

I just am not a tattoo person and its just my opinion..
