So a brief Lord of the rings online update.....while most of the game is of coruse similar to any other Mmo, several classes are built uniquely in my opinion, and I'm working on seeing which of these classes I will choose for my main, right now I'm testing out Warden a tank class that uses "Gambits" where your speical attacks fill slots with a certain attribute (attack, defense, Taunt) and when you put them together int he right order you unleash stronger attacks that doo extra damage, taunt better. damage and HoT, highly buff defense, ETC. It has a very Unique feel to it unlike any WoW class which is my frame of referance.

Meh, multiplayer was never anything more than an occasional diversion for me with COD4, so while it's tragic I'm sure that they're making this change, it's not going to affect my enjoyment of the game one way or the other.

Sometimes I read them, the last one I read I think was Kingdom Come, sort of an alternate universe cautionary Superman tale. It was pretty good. Waiting on volumes four and five of the Buffy Season 8 comics to come in, though I dunno if any of them will be as awesome as the climax of Volume 3 (featuring Count Dracula fighting against a gang of Japanese vampires)

Got my bookshelf finished, got my old desk partially disassembled and disposed of, and later this week, I can finish tearing it down before I put up my new, non-shakey desk!

Otherwise, not much in the way of nerdy persuits lately. Won third place with my girlfriend in the on-base halloween contest (a rather poorly attended competition).

We were dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf.
