OK, been offline for a week or two, gonna throw in my two cents on the few topics I skimmed when I was trying to catch up here:

Dating and sex: I have a girlfriend who watches lots of anime and refuses to be called a geek. Sex is fun and often, but she has only ever gone down once, and aside from light bondage, doesn't seem open to much. Guess I should just give her time.

Cartoons: Anyone who thinks Spongebob and Fairly Odd Parents are crappy can just shove off. Those shows are awesome. You probably hated the Angry Beavers and Animaniacs too.

Disney: Please, they've made LOTS of movies featuring non princesses, ie: Mulan (Soldier's daughter), Cinderella (orphaned daughter made to be a personal servant for her stepmother and sisters), Beauty and the Beast (I can't remember what her father did for a living, but he didn't seem to be terribly well off), etc.

All I've got for now. Anybody going to the Wichita Anime Fest in July?

Random question for y'all, especially the ladies. During conversation, somehow tentacle porn came up in passing, and my girlfriend, seemingly naive in many of the ways of sex, casually mentioned that tentacle porn is "hentai for girls".

Needless to say, she clammed up at that point and insisted that SHE has never seen porn, and I know better than to press. Now I'm just curious: IS tentacle porn something of a girl thing to watch, and why would it be?

Only thing I can think of are that it has all the fun of raunchy sex, with none of the annoying trouble of dealing with guys (tentacle monsters have no egos, are never nervous, and never eat the last slice of pizza!)

Hentai Fan here speaking.

I do find that a lot of women seem to love Tentacle hentai. Me personally it's a turn off, when I watch a hentai film or porn film I like to see either girl on girl or a girl having sex with a dildo or sybian things along those lines.

But if she has never seen porn before ( or so she says) I would wonder how she knows about tentacle porn? I am just a guy though lets see what the ladies have to say on this matter.

Quite the opposite in my experience. Few women I know are open to the idea of multiple penetrations and the demeaning or degrading nature of most tentacle porn. More often than not, as with most porn, penetration=masculine interest, the more penetration the more masculine.

Generally female interest will lay with story, plot and involvement between characters regardless of that being positive or negative it is at least character development.

Tentacle porn is almost a text book definition of ultimate claiming, possession, domination and self pleasure. Sorry...not so much done for the female as the males.
