I don't play 3rd edition.. it took me a moment to even remember what they were calling it now.. 'difficulty rating' is correct though is it not?

Difficulty Class, but close enough.

*Ahem* Boobs require a will save, DC 19 if lightly clothes, or a DC 22 if naked. Those failing the save are enthralled, and unable to take anything more than a partial action each round the boobs are visible. Boobs are considered a mind compulstion effect.
