I agree, however, I was talking about M. Night Shaymalan (sp?) films. The Others was good, although I saw it in the theater and was sitting next to a guy who kept yelling out his guesses about what was really happening.

Yes, the game shows are really out there! Although most of the really wacky ones are from the 80s. These days, people in velcro suits jumping into a velcro wall to see who can jump the highest is about as bad as it gets!

However, the love hotels in this country.. now those are different!

Not at all! You can stay for up to 3 hours for a 'rest' or if you go there after 10pm you can stay the night! Most rooms have a vending machine full of toys as well as one with snacks and drinks and a karaoke machine (of course!). TVs showing porn in the bathtub etc...

Some of them are really cooky and have things like beds shaped like cars etc...Incidentally, they are usually much cheaper than regular hotels, so I have often used them just as a place to sleep when traveling with friends.
