If my neighbor had her window open and she putting on a show that free, I wouldn't think that wrong. I would enjoy the ententainment, maybe pull a chair and relax.

If she was in front of a window or something and you were watching through your window or from somewhere else outside of her property, then it's not wrong.

If, however, you were hiding in her garden to peak through her window, or hiding in her wardrobe in order to see her, you're probably on dodgy ground...
