I just spewed this idea out of my head, but I'm not so good at getting things written out "on paper," as it were, so I guess I'm looking for someone to help me take my ideas and turn them into an actual story.
I'm not 100% sure is this is the board to do that on, but here goes.
It basically starts out with a pharmaceutical company testing out a new drug to help Transgenders with reassignment.
I figure we can have our protagonist take the pills in one of a variety of ways: either he can take them under false pretenses (i.e. he thinks they are some kind of steroid or penis growth pill), he could have received them by accident from his pharmacy, and doesn't realize the mistake until it's too late, he could be fed them by a vindictive girlfriend, or (and I think this would be for the best) he can take them to explore "how the 'other side' lives."
Basically, the effect of the pills break down like this:
Each pill you take makes you more feminine.
Example: 1 pill gives you B cup breasts, shrinks your waist a bit, and slows down the growth of facial hair, while increasing the growth of hair from your scalp.
A second pill will grant you a C cup, wider hips, further decreased facial hair growth, as well as a lightning of body hair color and thickness. Hair growth from the scalp will also increase at a rapid pace, roughly four inches of new growth in a 48 hour period. Also noticed will be a shrinking of the size of the cock, and the testicles will begin to pull back upward into the body.
Pill #3 will result in a "large" C cup breast and far more feminine physical features. Facial and body hair growth will be virtually non-existent at this point, and hair growth from the scalp will taper off back to normal speeds. After six days, most subjects will notice an increased length of about 12" in the hair on their scalp. Cock size will shrink to roughly 50% of the original size, and a vaginal opening will be created below the scrotum. At this point, it is not uncommon for the testicles to recede completely inside the body.
Pill #4: breast growth will be nearly complete at this time, though the final results will see, at minimum, a D cup chest. The subjects cock will recede completely into the newly formed vaginal opening and take it's place as a clitoris, and the testicles will, if not already, recede inside the body. It is at this point that the subject will be, for all intents and purposes, completely female.
The only thing that will remain unaltered by the pills will be the subjects mental faculties. Their mental state will remain completely as it was prior to the pill regimen.
After pill #4, subjects may continue to take pills with the results being a further increase in breast and hip augmentation, though it should be noted that any further increases in size will be minimal, and subjects will not experience the same gains as seen with pills 1-4. It is estimated that after pill #4, it will take at least two more pills to achieve a DD size bust.
(I feel that I should mention, in an effort to clarify, that there is NO difference in any of the pills. They are numbered only to clarify how many have been taken).
Now, here is the catch, the effect granted by the pills is temporary, but cumulative. The effects of each pill will take full effect within 2 hours of taking them, and will last for a total of 48 hours before the effects begin to recede. Example: if a subject takes 3 pills at the same time, the changes will take at least 6 hours to complete, and will last for 6 days before the beginning of a 6 hour "regression phase."
An infusion of sperm, received either orally, rectally or (after pill #4) vaginally, will prolong the effect of the pills, based on the volume received, for a minimum of 24 hours. Some subjects have seen the effects maintained for 36 hours from a single 'dose.'
The dosage of pill number 1 also has the effect of increasing the subjects sex drive, but only towards males. The increase of a subjects sex drive, while substantial, is not cumulative with subsequent pills.
Currently, research is being undertaken to find modifications of these pills to increase femininity and bust size, without decreasing the size of the penis, or the creation of a vagina.
