Need to build a story.

I have a good concept, but that's all I have.
No characters, no settings, no props, so story or plot.
I was hoping you all could help me.

I saw a Youtube video (non nude) about a breast cancer charity promoting self exams by giving away free breast massages (deluxe package is pay).

The video shows a woman in a bikini top that's held on in the front by a piece of string that looks like will break at any minute due to fingers and knuckles going across (underneath) the string.

Because breast cancer is a very serious topic, the health center will be a hypnotherapy building.
This is inspired by the claims that the power of the mind is all you need to gain an extra cup size (2 if wanted).

The treatments are like spa weekends for horny honeymooners and overworked housewives (collage tooters at another wing of the building).

Mind control should be part of this story (as well as insest, voyeurism, exhibitionism, and handjobs) but I don't now how to go about this.

I can't see how preventative cancer checking and anything erotic can merge together outside of a heartfeld loving wife's story.

Women are totally turned off by having to do these mammograms. It just strikes a bad chord to try anything else.

My opinion though.

Leaving that idea totally off, I think a mind control doctor promising an extra cup size does unlock much potential.

The breast exam video only inspired this story.
Cancer won't be used in the story as it's in bad taste.

You're right, it does have something, but I don't want it like just another Nip/Tuck episode, it should have some clever plot twists.
