I'm planning on uploading a celeb story and i wanted to add some pics of that celeb with the story, I'm just wondering if thats allowed or not, can anyone help me out?

Don't think so. I think anything with graphics has to go into "Illustrated." And if these are photos of the celeb or ones you don't hold copyright on, I wouldn't count on them publishing here anywhere.
