Need Legal Template

I am being hounded for a credit card debt that I did not incur.
I cannot get a local attorney in Nevada to handle the out of state case because it's for less than $150.
My credit is being ruined.
If I can get a template, I can file a federal lawsuit for well over $100,000.
I can pay for a lawsuit template.
HELP!

You should consult with an attorney. Don't assume you have a lawsuit that can win you a giant sum. That's always, without fail, a foolish thing to assume. Do not act without sound legal advice.

If it really is ruining your credit you'd probably be better off just paying it off and getting the whole thing done with. Ruining your credit over a $150 debt makes no sense.
