need help with friends wife

i recently moved into a duplex with my friend and his wife living upstairs.lately i've noticed my friends wife flirting alittle.i played along.we share our laundry room and sometimes she foldes my clothes when there done. a few times i've noticed a pair of her panties folded up in my clothes. I could tell they havn't been washed.I couldn't help but to give them a sniff. This happened like two other times. Any advice male or females??
