Need help with family betrayal story

Man walks in on his family having an orgy. I can't remember if MC had a wife or gf involved. Her pulled out his phone annd videoed it. His father was, I believe, a state senator. Son leaves and senator sends FBI for the video. Son had warned senator that he would release the video if he interfered with him. He called a friend and said to release the video and then threw the phone in a street drain.
