need help with a pic

i have a picture on floppy disc which i want to use as an av but

i dont have a package i can do it on

it needs to be resized as its too big to post

and i am crap with computers

There is a program that is free (shareware) called Irfanview. You can go to www.Jumbo.com and dl it if ya like.

I went to Jumbo.com and did a search for the file, it didn't find it.
