Need help in finding a certain story

Hello,

I hope i am not posting in the wrong part.
Very long time ago i read here a story from either BDSM or Non Consent category but sadly i cannot find it anymore.
It was about two colleagues at work, the woman was a bitchy type, hated by all of her colleagues, the man hated her as well, they were "enemies". And they make a bet or something, and after the woman loses the bet, she is forced to spend the weekend at his place, and he is dominating/disciplining her, and until the end of the story, they get from "enemies" to "lovers"/"friends"/"mutual respect", cannot remember exactly.
This story sticks to my mind because was very well written, and evolves as bdsm/non consent/ romance thing.

Does this one have the talking crow in it? That's kinda what I recall. The crow provides clever observations during some very intense BDSM action.

Or was it a parrot? Probably a parrot. But a talking crow would be quite amusing.

I can't remember exactly but I'm looking for this story right now.
