OK, I wasn't sure just where to post this. This is not your typical "personal ad." You see, I accidentally bent the thumb drive where my library of lit pictures and stories was kept, now my laptop won't read it. It looks like the little contacts that connect the plug to the circuit board on the thing are broken now.
I'm thinking that someone with the right tools / knowhow could still extract the info from the drive. I would really like to get that stuff back.
Given the . . . er . . . sensitive nature of the contents, I am not comfortable taking it just anywhere, but a Lit member would understand.
Anybody out there that can help?
