Need help contacting site administrators

Hey guys. I don't know if I am posting this in the right place or no, but I had nowhere else to go.

I have been trying to get in touch with Laurel for illustrations I did but since a very long time there is no response from her. I even sent a DM to Manu and still no response. I want to know why my illustration is taking so long to get published. My submission page just days it's been pending and it's been pending for a very long time now.

Anyone know who I can talk to, to find out what's wrong??

Try a private message to her, PM's she will answer in the order they are received. Emails are ignored due to an over load of spam.

Be polite or you may never get an answer.

Ibhave only sent her PMs. But they have never been answered. And this has happened since quite a few months.

And my PMs are always written in a proper manner. But still no response.

I've got the visual art talent of roadkill (slightly less than as a writer), so don't know nothing from nothing since I haven't submitted anything visual since mandatory fingerpainting back when. But, here's a thread I stumbled across where they were discussing this.

Best guess is that it's somehow tied in with what they talked about there, the much anticipated beta going live (finally? or is it?), and Laurel being the only one to give the thumbs up or down. But, that is just a guess.
