I recently joined literotica.com. I've e-mailed a couple of times to a contact named Laurel, no repsonse.

As I read the instructions I first have to submit my story to an editor. How do I get in contact with an editor for my first submission?

How and what forum is the best to submit a story? I don't have the format described to submit a story. Can I cut and paste my story in an e-mail and then where/who do I e-mail it to? What is the word count for submitting. How long from the time the story is submitted to the editor until it is published on literotica?

Any help navigating the website will be appreciated.

First, welcome.
As for your emails going unanswered, the site admins don't tend to answer questions covered in the FAQ. You are not required to use an editor, but it can definitely be helpful. Other than that, all the questions you asked are answered under Writer's Resources, here. If you are going to cut and paste your story, you can just paste it in the submission form.
