Need an editor?

First off, Ive never done any editing before but i assume all it is reading the stories and looking for mistakes. If so i can do that. I dont want to do anything on gay, bestiality, rape or incest stories but everything else is fare game.

Instead of assuming what an editor would do, you should read this. Check the stickies at the top of this page, too.

Also, you might consider how your post looks to someone in need of an editor. Advertising you can spot mistakes while making several yourself isn't a great start.

If you are going to advertise as an editor, it pays to spell "fair" correctly. Oops!
Also, the word "before" is redundant. It is enough to say "I have never done it."
Also "I" should be capitalized, and you should say, "I assume editing means reading,. . . "

And hopefully last, "I've" needs an apostrophe
