Need an editor who's 'Lit savvy'

I have a story that's been rejected 4 times for 'spelling.'
I have double, triple, and quadruple checked it, and had
another person do the same.
Perhaps there is something Lit needs that I'm not getting right.

Could someone have a look and tell me what it needs to meet
submission requirements? I have other stories up, but this is a puzzler.
