Need an Editor that uses Open Office for a full novel.

As you read this, you are looking over my quickly written, mild to horrid short stories wondering if I am any good. I have a massive story, which I will have to rewrite somewhat, that I would like to post here. It's almost 300 pages, but I need an editor that can transfer italics through to Lit. THOUGHTS are all in italics, and as many of the characters communicate with thought, it is essential that italics are transferred as the way I wrote it.

The editor will have to help me catch mistakes in the rewrite as well. It is a period piece in which, customs were different then now.

As this place gave me so much pleasure in the last 10 years, I want to give this story back. For the editor that takes up the story. It is as sexual as it is a power struggle. It's political, and many sections will not have sex, but violence instead. The violence is dark and taboo. It has the following tags if I were to post it now: Incest, Non-consent, Lesbian, Torture, Horror, Slavery, BDSM, Fantasy, Loving Wives, superpowers, cannibalism, war, and romance.

Need Editor

I'm not going to drop all 300 pages at once. It would be by chapter. Jeez, although many of my characters are sadists, I would not act like one to the editor. PLUS unless they like the story from the get go, I would not ask them to go further!

I am doing a re-write. So I will be moving slowly, with the editor.

Just so you don't scare off all the prospects -- that's probably not 300 LIT pages, right? A LIT page is about 3700 words. If you give us a word count, we'll have a better idea of the Sisyphean task.

7-9 of my pages are about two Lit pages. So yes you are correct.

* To switch on your Private Messages, go to User CP (top left of this page), click on Edit Options (in the left hand column), and then tick Enable Private Messaging in the second box down. I am not sure I want to edit hundreds of thousands of words by an author who doesn't know "than" from "then". I would hope your manuscript would be cleaner then that.
