Hi there! I have written my first story and it was sent back saying i need help with the dialog and breaking it up more so theres one speaker per paragraph. I have a very good story. Erotic coupling. What I post when I'm looking for editor assistance is a lot more than I've seen from others, and might be more than some need, but it's along the lines of what I wrote the last time I requested assistance, and if you've already submitted your story, it should be handy. Potential editors usually want to know how long a story is and generally what to expect (category and tags) before they commit to helping. Example:

I started a new piece last weekend and I'm looking for a proofreader for typos and such. I have 26K+ words in 7 chapters and am nearing the end, which I expect will come in one or two more chapters.

Book title: Packback
Short description: Lust, love, and longing on the Pacific Crest Trail

I received the assistance I requested, which helped guide my pre-publication edit, and a few weeks ago I published that story here. It ended up being ~32K words long and people seem to like it OK, though I submitted a revision a few days ago. Note that forum rules say you shouldn't excerpt more than 3 paragraphs of your story.
