Thanks hon, you guys make it seem so simple. I've downloaded Irfanview now but am still learning how it works and can't seem to get the filesizes small enough.

When you click the Save As option (it's best to always do this, that way you never lose your original pic (alternatively always work on a copy)) in the dialog box that pops up, lower the quality down to about 75-80%, this seems to be a good average for AVs.

So, would it be too big to add to your pic thread? Profile pic? Maybe put it at one of the flicker etc?
