I suggest that you download the program that Wierd Harold linked to a few posts up, and use that to do it with. I had no problem doing it with that.

Humm..

Very close to the 100 post mark, so I need this picture sized up if'm someone has the time and patience. I just want his head mostly, and I'm also hoping nobody else is currently usen a Spider pic. Oh yeah, and if someone can fix it, do I have to host it somewheres? I've got a website floaten around, but I'm forgotten HTML because...well, because it's evil quite frankly.

How the Hell do you resize these damn things anyway? I can get the pixel size right but I always end up with well over 20 kb.
