Need a pic resized for your Av? Post it here...

Tatiana, that is ADORABLE! Um...I took the artistic license of getting rid of the background noise and the little eye-problem she had. If you prefer it the way it was, I'm happy to do just that.

Bad Kitty, in Animation Shop (that's bundled with PSP) it's easy as hell. Open the gif in Animation shop.

animation-->resize animation (make sure you maintain aspect ratio, of course)

Personally, after resizing I export each frame to PSP to sharpen it. When you close a linked frame in PSP it will ask if you want to update the animation. Choose "yes". Repeat with each frame.

You can do any touch up work to the frames in PSP before closing and updating to the animation, or you can paint and erase in the animation itself. I find it's simpler to do in PSP using all the nifty PSP tools.

But then again, I'm PSPs biggest proponant.

I'm sure you can do the same in Ulead Gif Animator, but I haven't opened it since I got Animation shop.

Nora,
YOU are a Goddess! I bow down before you!

Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU!

:rose:

Tat

Yowza!! You're very welcome!

Leave the offering by the alter and don't forget the tithe (or the nubile love slaves) ;)

Help! I cant resize this without losing the definition. Could someone give it a try?

Thanks!

This is the best I can do. When you shrink something that detailed it loses most of it's beauty.

I think keeping it as JPeG format works a bit better.

I sharpened the image before resizing with Paint ShopPro's smart resize.

Thank you, WH for taking the extra time to work on this for me. They both look great and I really appreciate all the help I have received on this thread.

hugs, P3

It takes all of 30 seconds to save and resize a picture, and maybe another 15 seconds to upload the result. Sharpen of Soften filtering adds about five seconds.

Download IrFanview ( www.irfanview.com ) and you too can resize pictures in a flash. <G>

Can you give me some more info on this before I download it. It sounds interesting and something I might like to use.
