Need a little help

I'm planning on a trip next month. It's pretty close so I'm taking the bus.

But I cannot find anything resembling a working trip planner online for buses.

Most assume you're flying. The only one I can find with buses is one of the major bus companies. And its planner is seriously fucked. I can't even plan a trip to the nearest city.

Does anyone out there know of some method I can plan and price a bus trip on line?

But that's the one that croaks on me. I can enter destinations, discounts and anything after that gives me an error message.

What the problem is it neglects to tell me. More correctly the programmer who created the web site knew he was too smart to make mistakes. And/or they couldn't be the least concerned if the user wasn't as computer savvy as they are.

Depending on what part of the country you want to bus in, you might try Gray Rabbit and Green Tortoise (http://www.greentortoise.com). There are a few websites worth checking out, too: www.trailways.com and www.gonomad.com.
