Looking for a Romance story. A woman sees a young girl pushing her little brother in a stroller in a grocery store while father is working part-time as maintenance in apartment complex. Woman finds out they live in the apartment complex she owns and eventually offers the father a full time position and a better apartment as a perk of the job.
