yes i can. i don't want anybody fucking with my corpe when i die. Thats kinda like saying knock out drops arent really rape either. besides you'd either have to dig up someones grave(which is wrong in itself) or else it would have to be you're first thought you have when you come accross a dead body-- when you should be calling the cops or the coroner depending on the ciruomstance.

If its not illegal, wouldn't certain other aspects make it illegal? (diserbing a grave or abducting a courpse or whatever)
