These guys buy fresh veggies in the morning, carve them into instruments in the afternoon, and then play the instruments in concert at night. After the show, they feed the leftover veggies and parts of the instruments to the audience in a soup!

These folks create natural outdoor pools. They use natural plants to keep the pool clean. No chlorine and you get a little bit back to nature. I guess the downside is that you'd no longer have much use for a cute pool boy.
