I am new. What is it I would be voting for?
I will look in to it on my own but could some nice person give me a simplified over view and not use the locals terms. Which I am sure I will understand at a later date. Just trying to get the gist of the issue and see if it deserves some immediate attention.

My guess is most of you [size=+2]GBers[/size] have never heard of this list. The royals try to keep it pretty well hidden but yours truly finally located it.
