I think at first yeah one would be aroused by all the nudity around them but after a week or two of seeing someone naked every second of everyday it might lose something, there is a funny video on youtube of a nude girl dressing in front of her boyfriend, at the end her parents come home who are both nudist and are shocked to find there daughter wearing clothes.

I've never been to a nudist resort, and I've never talked to a nudist about this.

But I've actually recently just finished a similar story, where 2 people go to a nudist camp and a guy gets an erection. The woman who runs the resort (a very nice lady) is shocked by it, and politely explains to him that it's not allowed.

Basically she says it's a not a swingers resort, and she doesn't want to give the other nudists the wrong idea. It would make people uncomfortable because the atmosphere is meant to be hedonistic. People there are there to be in touch with nature, and to be comfortable with their own skin. It's sort of a hippie explanation.

arousal happens

I grew up in a family that accepts nudity, or nakedness as we refer to it, as natural. It was especially prevalent at our camp, which was secluded from the public, though not from other family camps who pretty much had the same ideas. Yes, arousal happens. It is part of the nature of accepting our humanness. I could be more specific with some anecdotes, but worry it might violate Lit sensibilities in regard to age, not that there was anything unethical going on there. We kids are grownups now, and still visit our parents there when we can, usually on summer weekends.

I have only been to a nudist resort once in my life, for a few hours. I went by myself. (I have zero friends who would ever do that.) I have strong exhibitionist urges sometimes, and one day I had a particularly long one had had to explore a nudist resort to just experience it.

Well, the only one closest to where I lived at that time, was a little more than an hour drive, out into the middle of nowhere. They did not require memebership (thankfully) but the cost of a day permit was rather hefty. ($40, and this was 1996.)

Anyways, they had a lot of strict rules for men. No visible erections - you have to carry a towel at all times and cover yourself if you suddenly get one. No starring - if any female doesn't feel comfortable around you (for any reason), you can be kicked out immediately. (Obviously no sex or masturbation allowed anywhere.)

It was the least sexual experience of my life LOL. And, yes, very predictably - it was almost all dudes. There were exactly two women I saw and they were in their mid 50s or older. A couple dozen dudes.

Basically my new idea comes from a story that my wife found on here last night about a group of friends going away and their luggage gets lost or stolen and so nudism and sex prevails.

Anyway in the story one of the characters says how they can't understand how nudists say there is nothing sexual when they go out as nudists.

I think I too come from this camp, if I was to walk into a nudist beach or camp, I would not be soft.

However, that does not throw every other member of the human race into my view.

So I was hoping to get some idea from those who have been nudists or have frequented nudist beaches as to how unsexual it is. I'm not suggesting that the story has to be realistic, but I would prefer to have some background knowledge and I can't exactly wander down to the local nudist beach, being in the middle of the country.

Any insight would be welcome, although I admit it maybe skewed by the fact I am posting this on a sex site.
