I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas for natural remedies that help alleviate hair loss. I've looked through the internet and I am trying some things but I wanted to know if someone had ideas they had tried before that worked. I lose a lot of hair pretty much on a daily basis and I'm told its because of anemia. I take iron supplements every other day but there isn't much absorption, which is another issue. I've tried a whole bunch of supplements but none of them seem to work properly for some reason. Anyways, if anyone has ideas please let me know! It will be a big help! Thanks :)

Have you tried drinking bull semen? It's a little pricey but delicious. I highly recommend The Black Angus.

Well my kitties lost their hair, it was usually from licking at flea bites. Maybe you could try wearing a flea collar.

Get advice from your dr or a nutritionist.

I dont know about any natural remedies for the hair loss but I had severe anaemia and I ended up getting a red blood cell transfusion.

This might help:
Combine plant nonheme iron sources, such as lentils and green, leafy veggies, with foods that are high in vitamin C, such as orange juice.
Use cast-iron cookware, which may increase the iron content of cooked foods.
Don’t drink tea and coffee while eating iron-rich foods, since both beverages can impair iron absorption.
Avoid pairing iron-rich foods with certain grains, such as wheat bran, or with veggies such as spinach, rhubarb, chard and beet greens. These foods contain chemical compounds called phytates and oxalates, which impair iron absorption.
Don’t mix calcium-rich beverages, like milk and fortified orange juice, with foods that are high in iron, since calcium can also inhibit iron absorption (Rockwell & Hinton 2005).

I grew silverbeet and nibbled on it thinly sliced in salads or mixed with my mashed potato.

Spirulina is very rich in iron

Dr told me to eat red meat and drink orange juice at the same time to help absorption.

I was on daily iron tablets for 1 year before I started to get better.

Good luck to you :)

You should see your doc. It really depends what the hair loss is from. It could be a seasonal thing or hormones, or 1,000 other things. I had severe shedding and my scalp was so so itchy. What I found that helped was Evening Prime Rose. I took 2 capsules a day and it seemed to stop. You need to find the source and treat it.

I'm losing my hair too, because male. If you reach the conclusion you can't do anything about it smoke weed....it won't do anything for your hair loss but you won't give a fuck either which is the next best thing.

I can't tell if you're being serious or not...

Maybe you should try and understand a person's feelings for once. Instead of joking around about things that might be important to an individual try and stand in their shoes. If someone you loved or you were asking advice about something like this and this was the response they got think about how that would feel.

IV testosterone. You can get it on the "dark net" I hear.

Thank you! That actually is some really good advice. I will try that out. I keep telling my doctor that the supplements aren't working but he doesn't seem to have any other advice for me.

I see...I'll talk to my doctor again and see what he says. Thanks for the advice!

LMFAO......

Wow..thanks..

Any time cupcake, glad I could help.

Female hair loss is different to male hair loss. The causes are different, and the outcomes are different.

Ginger increases peripheral circulation. Agree re previous comment on milk.

Rosemary oil to the hair roots is good.

Coconut oil on the scalp is good - makes the hair shafts strong.

Trace metals are very important, particularly Magnesium and Manganese.

Do not buy anything on-line that asks for your credit card or any bank account details - they are all scams.

There are Chinese herbalist preparations from trained Chinese Medicine practitioners that are pretty good too, but they are not cheap and they take maybe four months to really work.

Do stuff to stop stress, don't push weights for too long and don't do dieting - VERY BAD.

Liver sausage and orange juice or fried livers and orange juice. Pregnancy vitamins.

Prenatal vitamins and blackstrap molasses. It's rich in iron and high in calcium and magnesium. Put it in oatmeal and it's quite yummy.

That links a website with the natural top 10 hair growth remedies.
However, if you're sure the reason is from a deficiency you should treat the deficiency. Naturapathic and/or Homeopathic Doctors treat the root cause rather than putting patches on problems that have arisen from dis ease somewhere else in the body.
You should be able to find a Naturapathic Doctor somewhere nearby.
If you're not familiar with how they work, don't expect results immediately. They give you things to take or apply that sets your body on a course to repair itself which doesn't happen overnight.
