Oh, now that I've probably pissed some people off, I guess I'll post, again.

I'm also not that fond of chocolate. Oh, I like it OK, but I'm sure I'm not affected by it in the same way as some people are. I know women who enjoy chocolate a LOT! Some almost think of it as a religion. Milk chocolate is favored by some, and dark chocolate is favored by others. While I don't think of either as a religion, I do like them both equally.

I remember one time, when I was just a little kid, my mother was making something. I don't remember what it was, but there was this big chunk of baker's chocolate on the counter. Because there was so much, I decided that she could surely spare some for me, and still have enough for whatever she was making.

When I asked if I could have a little, she told me I wouldn't like it. Of course, I thought she was just kidding with me. I guess I was a bit of a pest about it, so she relented and gave me some. Now I know why she said I wouldn't like it. And maybe this is one reason chocolate isn't that high on my list of delicacies. It didn't ruin my life, or my enjoyment for the good stuff, though.

If you like crickets you would love my little house by the sea, you almost cant hear yourself talking on really hot summer days sometimes.

Or my house. We feed crickets to the frogs and salamander, and sometimes they get out and get under the fridge, and I have to wait for K to pull out the fridge and get rid of them and sometimes, by then, we have a full chorus of crickets under there. It's rather annoying.
