This is the young man convicted of homicide by reckless endangerment in Colorado. He killed someone on a ski slope several years ago when he collided with him going downhill at a very fast rate of speed. Witnesses claim Mr. Hall was not in control of his skiing.

The sentence is being released today and the judge can go with anywhere from 'community service' to 'six years in prison'. What's your feeling? Should someone be put into prison for this type of act?

Any one stupid enough to hurl themselves down a snowy mountain with two boards strapped to their feet get what they deserve. I'd rather be golfing, and that sucks too.

If he was reckless he gets what he gets. Negligence during a recreational activity can be just as dangerous, or more so, than at the workplace or anywhere else.

Personaly i'd like to incarcerate anyone who steps on my "tails" in a lift line let alone maniacs who cut me off at high speed on a run.

Expertise confirmed ski snob.
