One extra panicking hour? Great ... just what I need ... I've got a title, a basic idea, a handful of note cards with people and places scribbled on, and maybe a first line in mind. Other than that, I'm blank.

And I screwed myself up by taking two Sunday nights off in a row, this one and next one ... I do most of my writing at night at work, so I've gained one hour to panic and lost probably 12 to write! D'oh!

Midterms still left to grade. Plot mostly guesswork. Main character's personality to be determined by doppler. Only character really flushed out will probably spend half the story comatose on a bed.
